Day Of Coordinating Services

Rehearsal coordination in cooperation with officiant
Creation of your event timeline
Set up all ceremony items including programs, unity candles, aisle runners, etc.
Set up all reception items including seating cards, place cards, gifts table and card box, wedding favors, etc.
Assist guests and answer questions as needed
Distribute remaining vendor balances and tips on bride and groom’s behalf at the end of the night evening (no negotiation in the terms of vendor contracts will be handled by The Wedding Planner at this time).
Assist guests and answer questions as needed
Communication with all vendors regarding event timeline, arrival times, specifications and plan for returning of equipment, if applicable
Ensure proper flow of cocktail hour food
Look over dining tables and make sure they are set up properly
Alert catering staff to pour champagne just before the toasts
Be aware of timing of catering service and make sure people are served promptly

Research and provide the clients with the budget friendly quotes from various vendors.
Schedule appointments and accompany clients to meetings for the following vendors.

Rental Facilities, Transportation (horse carriage, limo etc).
Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites at least two weeks prior to wedding date
We will instruct vendors to contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the planning of your wedding
Ceremony and reception set-up and decorating (wedding aile décor, sweet heart table décor)
